We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive (Commercial) to take charge of the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. You will play a key role in driving growth for voize, using a consultative sales approach to expand our customer base. If you're passionate about B2B SaaS sales, building relationships, and contributing to the success of an AI-driven solution, this is the role for you!
Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a strategic and personalized approach at each step.
Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers by understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the mid-market segment (ACV around 85k).
Lead product demos, negotiate contracts, and drive impactful discussions to successfully close deals.
Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine the customer journey and ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and customer feedback to continuously improve your sales strategy.
Use data-driven insights from sales dashboards to optimize your strategy, monitor progress, and hit your goals.
Full-cycle sales experience: Proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle in B2B SaaS companies.
Consultative sales approach: Ability to understand complex customer needs and position solutions that solve real problems.
Communication talent: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English, with the ability to build strong rapport.
Sales mentality: You are proactive, persistent, and motivated by achieving ambitious goals.
Customer-centric mindset: You act as a trusted advisor and problem solver, prioritizing long-term customer success.
Technical affinity: Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
Willingness to travel: You enjoy in-person interactions and are comfortable meeting customers face-to-face.
