As an Account Executive, you'll be the engine of revenue growth at Apify. You'll close high-impact deals and help shape how companies use web data and AI. You'll balance managing opportunities delivered by our Business Development team with proactively building your own pipeline of prospective clients.

What youโll be working on:
Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close - you'll work on leads from our Business Development team and opportunities you find yourself.
Work with our Pre-Sales team to figure out technical requirements for custom projects that our Professional Services team will build.
Build deep knowledge of web scraping and AI agents so you can actually help technical buyers solve their problems.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals that drive recurring revenue.
Keep our CRM updated so we can forecast accurately, and you don't lose track of your deals.
Who we're looking for:
Fast-paced settings where things change quickly and the path forward isn't always clear? You figure it out and get results anyway.
You sell value, not features - identifying what actually matters to a prospect and connecting it to what we offer.
Comfortable in technical conversations with developers and engineers, but smart enough to bring in Pre-Sales when needed.
You're self-motivated, organized, and collaborative - don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
3+ years closing B2B SaaS deals (bonus points if you've sold developer tools, APIs, or data products).
Outstanding communication in English, both in writing and in conversation.
By the end of the first 3 months, we expect you to:
Have sat in on plenty of discovery calls and run many of your own - you understand what customers actually need.
Have developed a solid grasp of what makes our key use cases valuable and the technical requirements that come with them.
Understand our business terms, contract structures, and what levers you can pull in negotiations.
Have built a healthy pipeline of opportunities with a clear path to closing deals next quarter.
