You have a track record of closing complex B2B SaaS deals in the $100k+ ACV range with consistent quota attainment
You've owned full-cycle sales, including self-sourced pipeline and conference-based selling
You can smoothly navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise environments and procurement processes
You are confident working with limited process or infrastructure (and excited to help us build it out as we grow)
You have comprehensive Sales discipline, including accurate forecasting, rigorous CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred), and thoughtful use of sales technology and AI to improve efficiency and execution
High ownership over revenue and customer relationships
