Your Mission
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new revenue through direct B2B SaaS sales.
You will:
Identify and close new enterprise and mid-market clients
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Convert qualified leads into long-term paying customers
You will be part of a fast-growing GTM team focused on data-driven sales execution and consistent revenue growth.
What You'll Do
🎯 New Business Development
Identify and prospect new B2B opportunities (mid to large enterprises)
Generate new leads through outbound activities and inbound follow-ups
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client operational challenges
Deliver product demos and tailored solutions to prospects
🤝 Sales Cycle Management
Manage the full sales cycle:
discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing
Prepare commercial proposals and pricing discussions
Coordinate with product and onboarding teams for smooth client handover
📊 Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot or equivalent)
Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts
Ensure a healthy pipeline coverage to achieve sales quota
What We're Looking For
2–4 years experience in B2B SaaS / technology sales
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable using CRM tools and pipeline tracking
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Bonus if you have:
Experience selling to distribution, FMCG, logistics, or field operation companies'
Experience with enterprise SaaS sales
