FLORA is looking for an Account Executive to help scale our enterprise partnerships — from first call to contract execution. This role blends sales, operations, and creative collaboration, helping top design teams and brands bring AI into their workflows.
You’ll work closely with leadership across growth, product, and creative. It’s a great fit for someone who’s both relationship-driven and operationally sharp — someone who can manage deals end-to-end while thriving in a fast, evolving startup environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
Enterprise Sales
Own the full sales cycle from outreach and demos through legal and procurement.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams — from in-house creatives to product and ops — to deliver a smooth buyer experience.
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking, notes, and follow-up on every account.
Represent FLORA at industry events and workshops across the AI and design communities.
Sales Operations
Support growth campaigns, workshops, and customer programs that drive adoption.
Collaborate with Ops to refine internal systems and improve handoffs between sales, creative, and product.
Identify process gaps and help design practical fixes that scale as we grow.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in enterprise / B2B sales or other customer-facing roles, ideally in tech or creative industries.
Empathetic, personable, and curious — you love connecting with people, understanding their goals, and finding ways to help them succeed.
Excited by creative tools and motivated to help shape how AI fits into real-world creative work.
Naturally persuasive, clear communicator, and confident in client-facing settings.
Comfortable managing complex deals and navigating cross-functional teams.
