Schedule: Full-time | Standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with flexibility during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new customer accounts while growing and maintaining existing relationships.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and carriers to ensure consistent, reliable freight movement.
- Quote freight and negotiate rates to balance profitability with competitive market pricing.
- Manage shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining service standards.
- Take full ownership of performance and results, driving revenue growth through accountability and execution.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (we value skills and performance over formal education).
Experience
- 3PL experience preferred.
- Sales experience and account development are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with TMS platforms a plus.
