We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team and play a key role in managing relationships with our customers and partners. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers in your assigned regions, building strong partnerships, supporting customer success, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. You will also work closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain and Finance, to coordinate activities, resolve challenges, and support revenue growth.
This position is based on-site at our Cambridge office and is full-time.
Founded as a charity in 2008 and selling its first computer in 2012, Raspberry Pi today comprises two separate organisations operating in two locations:
· Here at Raspberry Pi Ltd, we build best-selling computers, microcontrollers, and supporting software for home users and industrial and embedded customers worldwide
· The Raspberry Pi Foundation is a charitable enterprise dedicated to enabling all young people to realise their full potential through computing
Requirements
We are looking for someone to perform the following tasks:
· Manage day-to-day relationships with customers and partners within your assigned regions
· Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication
· Support the onboarding of new partners
· Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure a smooth customer experience
· Monitor customer orders and help maintain accurate and deliverable order backlogs
· Support customers with queries related to shipments, returns, and general account activity
· Ensure compliance with agreed contracts, pricing, and stocking profiles
· Collaborate with Business Development and other teams to support customer growth and engagement
· Contribute to internal projects and initiatives that improve processes and customer experience
· Support the planning and delivery of partner events and other engagement activities

· Ability to coordinate across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Development
· Commercial awareness, with a focus on revenue support and customer satisfaction
Candidates should also be:
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solvers
· Comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities across a region
