East/West – There will be one East AM and one West. Both will work out of the Orlando Florida office, but arrange their workday according to the appropriate time zone.
A Day in the Life
Every day will look different, but you’ll spend your time:
· Strengthening and expanding existing customer relationships and long term loyalty
· Navigating complex customer organizations to reach decision-makers
· Identifying new growth opportunities within existing agreements
· Acting as the primary point of contact and customer advocate and effectively handling difficult or sensitive customer interactions
· Identifying when to engage Customer Service, Product, Field Application Specialists, or other teams to resolve customer needs or opportunities and coordinating with corresponding internal departments
· Staying current on everything happening within your assigned accounts
· Presenting solutions, demonstrating products, and coordinating customer training when necessary
· Managing activity, pipeline, and communication through CRM
· Measuring customer growth within assigned accounts as well as order accuracy
· Expanding relationships with multiple stakeholders inside each account
· Acting as primary internal contact of account status for leadership team
What You’ll Do
· Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
· Build multi-level relationships across customer organizations
· Identify and close expansion opportunities beyond existing agreements
· Conduct or coordinate product demonstrations and solution presentations
· Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events
· Gain access to key decision-makers within customer organizations
· Build internal credibility while advocating for customer needs
· Maintain strong internal communication with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
· Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts by coordinating internal resources to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
· Support sales and product initiatives by facilitating internal collaboration that helps move opportunities forward while ensuring customer requirements are clearly communicated.
Must-Have Skills

· Proven account management experience with large, growing customers generating $1–2M annually
