We are looking for aGrowth-focused SMB Account Managerwho will own a dedicated portfolio, drive net revenue retention, and help clients close security gaps. At the start of your journey with us, you will:
— Audit your assigned portfolio to identify security coverage gaps (e.g., clients using only Backup but missing Ransomware protection)
— Execute a renewal strategy that secures Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and minimizes churn
— Drive expansion by cross-selling advanced modules like DLP and SaaS Security Posture Management
— Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align client security goals with SpinOne capabilities
— Act as a strategic consultant on the "Shared Responsibility Model" of cloud security
This is a role for someone who thinks as a Strategic Partner, not just a support rep.
🧰 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Portfolio Stewardship:Manage a dedicated book of SMB business, acting as the primary point of contact for IT Directors and Security Admins.Monitor account health metrics and utilization rates to prevent churn before it happens.Ensure "sticky" adoption of our security controls across the client’s organization.Revenue Growth & Expansion:Identify and execute on expansion opportunities, focusing on increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR).Negotiate renewals and up-sell contracts by articulating the ROI of total SaaS defense.Transition clients from legacy backup-only mindsets to holistic security postures (DLP + Shadow IT monitoring).Strategic Alignment:Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying critical threat landscape feedback to Product teams.Educate clients on the evolving cyber threat landscape (Ransomware 2.0, API data leaks).
📌 Requirements
Commercial Expertise:Proven track record in B2B Account Management with a focus on retention and expansion.Experience managing pipelines in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and accurate forecasting.Ability to manage high-velocity deal cycles and multiple client touchpoints.Cyber Fluency:Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape (Ransomware, DLP, Shadow IT).Familiarity with the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.Ability to explain the difference between Endpoint Security and SaaS Security to non-technical stakeholders.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills (capable of leading QBRs).Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success.Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced SaaS environment.Nice-to-Have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or related field.Previous experience in a security-focused SaaS company.
