Accounting Team
The Accounting team is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient financial operations, contributing to the company’s overall financial stability and performance.
You
A detail-oriented and proactive finance professional, you excel in managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and communicating with clients. You are organized, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Issue and manage sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor incoming payments and allocate them correctly in the accounting system
Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients regarding overdue
payments
Collaborate with internal teams (Affiliate or Sales) to resolve billing-related issues
Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables
Prepare AR and aging reports, providing insights on outstanding balances
Contribute to process improvements and automation of AR workflows and debt
management processes
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Finance team or Chief Accountant
WHAT WE EXPECT
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel
Good communication skills (especially for client interactions)
Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Navision, Business Central)
Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

GROSS SALARY
2200 – 3000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
