WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the strategic direction of the Growth Team, focusing on identifying, testing, and scaling new verticals and growth opportunitiesManage and mentor a team of Google Search specialists, ensuring strong execution and continuous developmentOwn the end-to-end growth experimentation process, from hypothesis creation and testing to scaling successful initiativesCollaborate closely with Paid Social teams and Performance Creative Managers on cross-channel growth initiativesPartner with Affiliate Managers and other internal teams to align growth efforts with broader business goalsDefine, track, and own the team’s OKRs, ensuring clear priorities and measurable impactAnalyze performance data to evaluate ROI, identify insights, and optimize growth strategiesStay up to date with global market and marketing trends to proactively spot new opportunities
WHAT WE EXPECT
4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition rolesExperience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environmentProven success running and scaling global acquisition campaigns across multiple marketsStrong ability to manage multiple projects, experiments, and stakeholders simultaneouslyData-driven mindset paired with creativity and curiosity to test and validate new ideas and verticalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionAbility to perform well under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and keep initiatives and teams on trackHands-on attitude with a willingness to get involved in execution when neededExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh level of autonomy, ownership, and accountabilityGenuine interest in global trends, emerging markets, and evolving growth strategies

GROSS SALARY
From 4300 Eur/Month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
