Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
✅ Prepare and maintain financial statements, reconciliations, payroll, and reports
✅ Analyze financial data and provide insights to enhance decision-making
✅ Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations (IFRS/GAAP)
✅ Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting efforts
✅ Assist in preparing for audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation
✅ Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices in accounting
Requirements
➡️ University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required (Master’s preferred)
➡️ At least 3 years of accounting experience, especially in a BPO or international business setting
➡️ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
➡️ Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or other relevant platforms)
➡️ Familiarity with international accounting standards and practices
➡️ Excellent analytical skills with a commitment to detail and accuracy
➡️ Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
➡️ Problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt to changing business needs
