Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, bilingual Sales Associate to join our team in Lima. In this role, you will act as a direct extension of a U.S.-based business, managing lead generation, outbound prospecting, and client relationship management. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential U.S. clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update client records with high accuracy in platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Client Correspondence: Manage professional verbal and written communication in English to explain services and schedule appointments.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales reports, summaries, and professional documentation for the client's executive team.
  • Strategic Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate and meet established deadlines.
  • Collaborative Growth: Participate in regular feedback sessions and training to align sales strategies with the client’s evolving needs.

Requirements

  • English Proficiency: C1-C2 level (CEFR) with a near-neutral accent and exceptional professional business communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business support, or customer service, preferably with U.S. or international companies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Logistics & Availability:
    • Work Location: Must be willing and able to work fully On-Site at our headquarters in San Isidro, Lima, Peru.
    • Schedule: Full-time availability of up to 48 hours per week, aligned with U.S. Business Hours (PST, EST, etc.).
  • Mindset: Proactive, ethical, and able to work under structured business environments with high accountability.
