SWOT Hospitality Management Company is looking for a dedicated

Accountant

to join our team for our operations in

Limnos.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the management of the hotel's budget. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills along with experience in the hospitality industry.

Main Duties:

• Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger activities.
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes for the hotel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and hotel financial operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
