The HR & Accounting Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources and accounting operations, serving as a key liaison between employees, management, and finance functions. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, maintains HR records, supports recruiting and onboarding, and assists with basic accounting activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple administrative disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on schedule; manage timekeeping data and payroll adjustmentsSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and expense reimbursementsAssist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reportingMaintain accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policiesCoordinate with external vendors, payroll providers, and benefits administratorsCoordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system setup, and orientation supportSupport recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationsAssist with process improvements related to HR, payroll, and accounting workflowsProvide general administrative support to HR and finance leadership as needed
Requirements:
3+ years related work experience Excel experience Sage or Paycor experience preferred but not required
