Accounting Intern (Accounts Payable & Receivable)
About the Internship
We are looking for a full-time Accounting Intern to join our Finance team from April/May to August/September. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain real experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, working across multiple company entities and contributing to key finance operations.
Possibility of extension and/or permanent employment at the end of the internship!

Key Responsibilities
You will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities and real work, including:
- Posting vendor invoices and customer payments in our new ERP system
- Creating and maintaining vendor and customer records in the ERP system
- Assisting with payment processing, invoicing, and account reconciliations
- Providing backup support across AP and AR functions as needed
- Supporting process documentation and contributing to process improvements
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Interest in finance operations and accounting processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with Excel (an asset)
- No prior AP/AR experience required — we value curiosity, motivation, and potential above all
- Bilingual (French/English), with strong English for US client communication.
