ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a temporary project-based Accounting Specialist I to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.
As an Accounting Specialist I, you will support day-to-day transactional accounting activities with a primary focus on Accounts Payable invoice processing and vendor support. This role will also assist with customer invoicing and related Accounts Receivable tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
This position is fully onsite and is a temporary project based assignment in 12 week increments with a potential length through the end of 2026, and the schedule is weekdays from 8:00 – 5:00pm.
Role & Responsibilities:
Process incoming vendor invoices, including review for accuracy and GL codingRespond to vendor inquiries with professional communicationPrepare and issue customer invoices, reviewing for accuracy Assist with AR billing support, including credit memos and invoice correctionsMonitor shared AP/AR inboxes and route inquiries appropriatelyMaintain accurate and organized electronic documentationOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2 years of experience working in an office environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in accounts payable or accounts receivable is a plusExcellent organization skills and attention to detail.
