Why is this role important to Field Nation?
Field Nation’s accounting team is growing to continue offering the most efficient and streamlined support to both internal and external shareholders. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be joining a fast-paced, collaborative accounting team that focuses on balancing accuracy alongside improving accounting processes. You will play a key role in efforts to provide superior customer service and help solve problems for functionality within the Accounts Receivable group and beyond.
What you'll do:
Own Accounting case management within Salesforce. (Timely, professional, and accurate case ownership, assignment, and resolution)Monitor and manage the Accounting shared inbox. (Answer questions, provide documentation, appropriate route to internal stakeholders)Monitor the public Accounting Slack channel, addressing and solving basic requests and questions.Contact clients through email and/or phone as result of inquiries received via email, Salesforce case, Slack etc.Partner internally on Accounting projects and initiatives.Maintain professional tone when communicating with clients at all times.Assist with reconciliations and closing process as needed.Assist with Accounts Receivable collections as needed.Aid in implementation of accounting policies and identifying the areas of improvement.Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
You might be a good fit if you have:
1-2 years of previous experience, general accounting experience a plus.Proficiency in oral and written English - A must.Customer Service background.Experience communicating by phone to Native English speaking customers.Ability to work in a night shift.Critical thinking and problem solving skills.Salesforce and NetSuite knowledge is a plus.Attention to detail and accuracy.Planning and organizing.Excellent communication (both verbal and written), research, problem-solving, and time management skills.Initiative.Ability to work collaboratively in a Team.Key metrics for the position:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, hybrid position, We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays.Shift: 9 hours/day – 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)Hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)

Salary Range:
BDT 50,000 - 65,000 Monthly
