The Manager, Product Engineering - Integrations & API is a critical hybrid leader who sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and partnership. In the modern ecosystem, our platform cannot exist in a silo; our value is multiplied by how well we connect with the tools our customers use every day (FSMs, ITSMs, CRMs).You will not only lead and develop a high-performing engineering team to build our next generation Public APIs and connectors, but you will also own the product vision for our ecosystem. You will decide which integrations we build, how our Public API evolves, and why these connections matter to the market.
