- ACS Operators will safely perform hot refueling operations utilizing the fixed direct refueling station.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws to include proper safety equipment use.
- Log aircraft servicing utilizing an Electronic Point of Sale Device or physical equivalent.
- Perform visual fuel samples.
- Inspect fueling systems for leaks and discrepancies prior to operation.
- Hours of Operation: As needed
Qualifications
The ACS Operator must be familiar with operating fixed fuel facilities, inspections, and direct refueling operations. Must be knowledgeable on aircraft servicing operations. Perform these operations in accordance with NAVAIR 00-80T-109.
- Must be available during normal business hours M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional weekend shift.
- US Citizen
- Maintain a valid Driver's License
- Ability to possess/maintain a favorable Tier 3 Investigation.
- All employees must be able to read and understand English (be literate) to the extent they can understand and follow oral instructions/directions, read and understand instructions, directives, regulations, operating procedures, detailed written orders, and training materials, and be capable of writing in English to compose required detailed reports. All employees must be capable of performing basic numeric operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and the use of numbers as they relate to ledgers, logs, forms, meters, gauges, and measuring devices such as tapes, thermometers, hydrometers, and other instruments as may be used during the receipt, handling, inventory and issue of petroleum products.
- Experience with refueling aircraft (preferred)
- Ability to learn aircraft refueling procedures.
- Must be able to climb 10 feet and carry 50 pounds.
