We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, well organized workplace. This part time role (approximately 20–24 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment. This position is fully on site at our Charlotte, NC office; remote work is not available.
What You'll be Doing:
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and vendors
Providing general administrative support to office staff and leadership
Coordinating maintenance and service requests
Managing office and kitchen supply inventory and placing orders
Assisting with planning and coordinating office events and meetings
Sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail and packages
Scanning, filing, and organizing documents (physical and digital)
Running local office errands as needed
Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Assisting with HR related tasks and special projects assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table:
1–2 years of administrative, office support, or related experience (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A proactive, dependable, and team oriented mindset
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and support daily office operations
