Medier is an innovative company in the online entertainment industry, working with a vast network of over 1,000 affiliate partners. To ensure smooth and efficient payment processes, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Affiliate Manager (SEO traffic) to join our Warsaw office.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years as an Affiliate Manager, preferably in the gambling industry
• Strong Experience and understanding of how to work with SEO traffic
• English B2
• Effective sales and negotiation skills
• Driven and results-oriented
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage prioritiets
• Perfect communication skills
• Ability to represent company and brands during exhibitions and all related event
• Ability to work to tight deadlines

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates to run SEO, CPA, RS, and hybrid campaign
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and payouts
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI; report results to senior management
• Maintain timely invoicing and ensure accurate and on-time commission payments
• Communicate daily with partners, providing ongoing support and growing the affiliate networks
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts
• Represent the company at industry events and create content for affiliate newsletters and promotions
