Seer is a remote-first agency and a
Certified B-Corp, with team members across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office in Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US-based hours.
The Role: You’re detail-oriented, data-obsessed, and thrive on solving problems at scale. You pay attention to the details without losing sight of the big picture. Quick to pick up patterns and patient enough to identify long-term trends. You’re logical, driven, and eager to drive operational efficiency and improvements within a division.
Role Highlights:
Partnering with divisions to drive operational efficiency and manage staffing, resourcing, and financial processesLaunching and facilitating organization-wide operations initiatives within assigned divisionsCreating, managing, and translating resource allocations into the Capacity Planning processPartnering with Finance and Division leadership to accurately track and reconcile division revenue and client invoicingProviding oversight of client projects, ensuring project management and resourcing standards are metSetting up client projects with in-scope deliverables, retainers, and other elements.Acting as an accountability partner to division Account Managers and maintaining deliverable templatesGathering and analyzing data about the division’s client project portfolioBuilding and automating processes and workflows in Seer’s work management technology stack
Essential Skills
Strong resource management and staffing skillsExperience in client project oversight and managementExperience with Paid Media in an agency environmentKnowledge of KPIs and process improvementProficiency in building and automating processes and workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Workato, Zapier, etc.)Experience with operations business intelligenceAbility to deploy and manage company-wide processes and changesStrong communication and partnership skills with division leadershipAbility to recommend and implement operational improvements
