What you'll do:
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for aisle.com
Define and prioritize the web product backlog
Lead development and improvement of our front-end architecture
Build and ship new web features and experiences
Optimize the website for performance, accessibility, and scalability
Support rapid iterations of AISLE Pro and future product ideas to success
Collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering on launches and experiments
Manage our CMS, CRM integrations, and web infrastructure
Ensure best practices in front-end development and web performance
What we'll looking for:
Experience as a Product Owner, Web Product Manager, or Technical Lead for web
Strong front-end development skills (e.g. TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js)
An AI-first approach, leveraging the latest technologies and ways of working
Familiarity with modern deployment platforms (e.g. Vercel, cursor, Claude Code)
Experience managing a web platform roadmap
Solid understanding of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility
Ability to translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
