We’re hiring a BizOps & RevOps Manager to help build and scale the operating system behind our GTM motion. In a lean, early-stage company like AISLE, this role is deliberately broad. You'll define its shape as much as fill it.
You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Growth - working directly with leadership to make our revenue engine run. That means owning systems, data, reporting, and the operational glue that holds a fast-moving GTM team together. One week you're structuring a deal desk workflow. The next you're building a forecasting model or figuring out why pipeline data doesn't match reality.
We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, identify gaps, design better processes, and then build them. In a lean startup like AISLE, that also means being practical, adaptable, and willing to take on a broad range of operational work when needed.
CRM and pipeline
Own HubSpot data hygiene, pipeline structure, attribution, lifecycle stages, and overall CRM discipline
Make pipeline data accurate, trustworthy, and actually useful for decisions
Build dashboards and reporting cadences that GTM leadership relies on weekly
Forecasting and revenue visibility
Support pipeline reviews and forecasting processes
Track ARR, ACV, pipeline coverage, stage conversion, and other core GTM metrics
Bring consistency and discipline to KPI definitions, reporting, and performance tracking
Deal Desk & Commercial Operations
Support quote and contract preparation, approval workflows, and order management, ad-hoc support with partnerships proposals
Help create scalable processes around pricing, commercial terms, and deal progression
GTM infrastructure & Enablement
Operationalize the sales process through better documentation, templates, and tooling
Maintain and improve assets such as sales onboarding materials, discovery frameworks, call libraries, and competitive battlecards
Identify opportunities to remove manual work and improve productivity across the GTM team
4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Commercial Finance, startup GTM or a similar role in Tech, B2B preferred
Hands-on CRM experience is a plus, not a must
Strong in spreadsheets and data and building compelling business presentations
You move fast, figure things out, and don't wait for perfect instructions, comfortable operating in ambiguity
Clear communicator; strong ownership
Familiar with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal dynamics
AI-native in how you work - you default to AI tools to move faster, think sharper, and do more with less. You're not learning to use AI; you're already using it every day to draft, analyze, automate, and problem-solve. At AISLE, this isn't optional - it's how we operate.
