As an AI Solutions Consultant at Duvo, you are the hands-on specialist who helps design, configure, and scale Duvo agents for our customers. You work closely with our Retail / CPG AI Transformation Managers in both pre-sales and post-sales phases, transforming messy workflows into streamlined, automated solutions. You won’t be writing production code, but you will work with complex tools, data, and business logic to drive results.
Support Discovery and Design
Collaborate with Transformation Managers in discovery sessions to map out current processes step-by-step.
Translate workflows into precise agent instructions, including systems to touch, data to read/write, decision rules, and exception paths.
Prototype agent flows quickly using Duvo’s platform tools, validate assumptions with real data, and iterate rapidly.
Configure and Launch Agents
Configure Duvo agents via the platform, defining data sources (e.g., ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, emails).
Set up actions, guardrails, prompts, and logic for decision-making and exception handling.
Run tests end-to-end, debug issues, and iterate until agents are stable in production.
Create basic documentation, runbooks, and training materials to ensure customer teams understand how agents function and how to interact with them.
Optimize and Scale
Monitor agent performance, tracking success rates, exception types, time saved, and error patterns.
Suggest improvements to workflows and logic to increase coverage and reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with Transformation Managers to clone and adapt successful agents across categories, functions, and new clients.
Provide feedback on recurring patterns to Product and Engineering to inform pre-built agents and platform features.
Enable Sales
Support Sales and Transformation Managers in late-stage opportunities with tailored demos and quick technical feasibility checks.
Provide rough level-of-effort and value estimates based on similar client use cases.
Multiple agents live across several clients, with measurable effort reductions.
Playbooks and templates for common workflows captured and reused effectively.
Transformation Managers view you as a force multiplier; Sales trusts your input on feasibility and scope.
Experience
You have 3–6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Implementation, solutions consulting, or customer engineering for B2B SaaS.
Operations or analytics roles in retail or CPG (supply chain, category management, finance ops) with heavy tool usage.
Management or technical consulting, ideally having experience in process automation and workflow optimization
Direct experience working with business stakeholders, not just IT.
Skills
Strong analytical and systems thinking; you excel at unpacking complex processes and edge cases.
Very comfortable with tools; familiarity with spreadsheets, basic scripting, or SQL is a plus, but not required.
Quick to learn and master Duvo’s platform and explain it clearly to others.
Strong communicator; able to run working sessions with operators and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Mindset
Builder mindset: You enjoy assembling working solutions from available blocks and iterating.
Pragmatic: You prefer delivering “good and live now” over “perfect and never shipped.”
Low ego, collaborative: You work closely with Transformation Managers, Product, and Engineering, thriving in the weeds and working as a team.
A smart, motivated team that values ownership and candor
The chance to shape both product and culture while working on cutting-edge AI challenges
Real impact—your work will ship to customers and move the business
Competitive compensation, including equity
You can trade cash compensation for equity

Session 1 (30 min): You lead a discovery meeting with a mock customer.
Session 2 (45 min): You return to present your solution. We expect a presentation—not just a demo.
This is your opportunity to show us how you work. We're not looking for perfection; we're looking for someone who owns the room, tells a clear story, and makes customers want to buy.
