AI Solutions Engineer (f/m/div)
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will join our team to design, build, and evolve data-driven solutions for industrial and business processes. This role is ideal for an engineer with a solid technical foundation who is motivated to grow into applied artificial intelligence and advanced analytics within an industrial context.
You will work closely with experienced engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, contributing to real production systems while progressively developing your AI and system design skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and development of data-driven applications supporting industrial domains such as logistics, production, planning, and finance.
- Implement data pipelines, data models, analytics and agentic solutions that transform raw industrial data into actionable insights and automate business processes
- Design and implementation of agentic or AI-assisted solutions
- Develop and integrate machine learning–based components
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work closely with end users to understand the operational context behind the data and validate solutions in real-world scenarios.
- Apply best practices in software engineering, data engineering, and AI system design within an industrial environment.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals and data concepts (data flows, data modeling, basic schema design), with experience with SQL databases.
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning concepts, with a strong interest in applying them to real-world problems.
- Interest in agentic systems with willingness to develop practical experience
- Willingness to work with the .NET ecosystem and Angular-based web applications.
- Previous contact with AI/ML Python implementations
- Hands-on experience with Python, particularly for data analysis or scripting.
- Curiosity and motivation to grow in areas such as industrial data analytics, AI, and agent-based or autonomous systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Keenfinity Salary Range
Annual Gross Salary of 29 000 - 33 000 € (depending on experience) + equity
