Benefits Advocate is actively seeking a seasoned Senior AI/ML Ops Engineer to join our AI Platform and Operations team. In this vital role, you will focus on enhancing our AI Platform by developing, deploying, and managing our AI/ML operations. You will play a key role in creating a robust infrastructure that supports innovative AI-driven applications and services, addressing complex workflows, and enabling the rapid prototyping and deployment of AI models.

As a Senior AI/ML Ops Engineer, you will collaborate closely with AI researchers, developers, and data scientists to develop and manage a suite of AI tools and environments designed to support the research and development of cutting-edge AI models. This includes creating scalable, efficient tools for model training, evaluation, and experimentation. Additionally, you will maintain and optimize reliable AI pipelines and services, ensuring seamless integration, deployment, and operation of AI models within our platform. This involves automating model training, deployment, monitoring, and management processes to facilitate continuous integration and delivery of AI capabilities.

Another key responsibility will be leading the development and operation of a web-based application for AI prototyping, enabling our team to quickly prototype, test, and iterate on AI models. This platform should provide an intuitive interface for experimenting with AI models, accessing datasets, and deploying prototypes for evaluation.
