Analyst – Energy Storage & Battery Value Chain
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market and strategic research across the battery manufacturing ecosystem, energy storage technologies, critical minerals, and electric mobility value chains to support consulting and advisory engagements.
- Develop market intelligence reports, consulting presentations, and analytical dashboards ( Excel based), ensuring high-quality, deadline-driven outputs.
- Build market sizing, supply–demand, and technology adoption models to support strategic insights, investment analysis, and consulting recommendations.
- Conduct primary research including industry interviews, expert consultations, and stakeholder discussions to gather market and technical insights
- Collaborate with senior consultants, domain experts, and business development teams to deliver integrated project outcomes and high-quality client deliverables.
- Participate in client engagements, consulting assignments, and industry discussions, contributing to strategic insights and recommendations
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields. A Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or Energy Management is preferred.
- 4–7 years in battery manufacturing, critical minerals, energy storage, or energy-sector consulting/market research.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word with ability to develop client-ready consulting deliverables
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities with the ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources
- Experience in primary research, including industry interviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interest in energy transition, batteries, critical minerals, and emerging technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and market insights into clear, client-ready narratives.
- Exposure to energy transition, EV ecosystem, battery supply chains, or critical mineral markets is highly desirable.
