About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our global team to deliver outstanding service and tailored financial solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations in your chosen track (Mortgage, Tax, or Legal)
- Prepare drafts and documentation for review (no direct advice)
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and task tracking
- Conduct structured research for real cases
- Support internal projects to improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience
Requirements
Required experience:
- No prior work experience required.
- Demonstrated interest in finance, real estate, tax, or professional services (through internships, coursework, or extracurriculars).
- Strong academic track record and willingness to learn.
Favorable experience:
- Internship or part-time experience in financial services, accounting, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or data entry.
- Interest in property investment, tax topics, or Australian financial markets.
- Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, or startup environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year) in Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
