We are seeking a dedicated and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist in preparing financial reports and ensure all records are accurate and compliant with regulations. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential for success in this position.

Salary: PHP 45,000 - PHP 80,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brokers to analyze client financial information and structure loan applications.
- Provide expert guidance on lender policies to ensure compliance and optimal loan structuring.
- Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for a variety of lending scenarios, including PAYG, self-employed, SMSF and trust structures.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify financial details.
- Liaise with lenders to meet lending guidelines and requirements, to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Review applications for compliance with lending criteria and regulatory requirements;
- Stay updated on industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience handling New Zealand or Australian accounts is required
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, SAP, etc.).
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical Skills: Comfort with numbers and basic calculations.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
