Position: Office Administrator
Salary: PHP69,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Monday to Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM Auckland Time

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The company is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the Admin Lead and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a civil construction company in Auckland. This hands-on role covers general administration, document preparation, spreadsheet management, invoicing and purchase order support, and maintaining accurate job and supplier records.
You’ll also assist with onboarding and internal processes, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general office administration and day-to-day team support.
- Prepare and format documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word.
- Manage spreadsheets, trackers, and basic reporting in Excel.
- Maintain filing systems, job documentation, and accurate record keeping.
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
- Assist with onboarding processes, forms, and internal administrative procedures.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of administrative experience in the civil construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt within a small team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement workflow improvements.
