We are seeking a dedicated and organized Planning Engineer to join our team at D2B. This remote role involves developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, producing accurate planning reports, and supporting the company’s project execution processes. This is not a leadership or client-facing position. All communications will be directed through the Project Manager or Senior Planning Engineer, who will relay queries and instructions. The successful candidate will focus entirely on producing detailed project schedules, following established planning standards, preparing progress reports and resource allocation plans, and supporting internal project and operational workflows. This role requires strong planning and scheduling capability, proficiency with planning tools, and excellent attention to detail.

Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 120,000/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for internal and production projects.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks or delays.
- Prepare accurate progress reports, resource allocation plans, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and operational workflows.
- Respond to scheduling queries via the Project Manager or Senior Planning Engineer.
- Support continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting methods.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in construction, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Proficiency with project planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling techniques, and resource management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the Australian, New Zealand, or UK construction/production industry is required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work remotely and follow instructions from senior staff.
