We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and driving revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in representing the brand, supporting sales initiatives, and helping expand our customer base through effective communication and strategic outreach.
Position: Sales Representative
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)
Holidays: TBD
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels
- Present and explain products or services clearly to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and customers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve processes
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a similar sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling objections and engaging prospects in conversation
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
