Appian Developer

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Appian Developer, for one of our partners in the IT Services and Consulting field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of complex solutions using Appian and J2EE technologies.
• Oversee the design and optimization of database structures using MariaDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Provide expertise in BPMN Modeling to streamline and automate business processes.
• Develop and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Appian RPA to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize Appian AI to integrate intelligent automation into business processes.
• Drive the end-to-end Appian solution development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions within the Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry domains.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and development standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.

Requirements

• 5 to 9 years of experience in a relevant position.
