SAP Project Manager

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a SAP Project Manager, for one of our partners in the IT Services and Consulting field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the SAP rollout project end-to-end across all phases (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare), ensuring delivery in line with agreed objectives, scope, timelines, and budget. 
• Develop, maintain, and control the integrated project plan, including scope, schedule,  resources, dependencies, and governance structure. 
• Establish and manage the project governance structure, ensuring clear roles, decision-making, and escalation paths. 
• Ensure adherence to the SAP Activate methodology, SAP best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Coordinate and work closely with internal stakeholders, federations, business teams, and system integrators to drive delivery. 
• Attend and actively participate in project workshops, governance meetings, and on-site activities at federation premises as required. 
• Lead and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution. 
• Drive regular follow-ups on actions, risks, decisions, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution. 
• Review, endorse, and ensure the quality and completeness of all project deliverables. 
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and change management, supporting business readiness and user adoption. 
• Plan and manage cutover activities, go-live readiness, and Hypercare support, ensuring a smooth transition to operations. 
• Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports, including progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions. 
• Provide executive-level reporting and presentations to steering committees and senior management as required. 
• Ensure all project documentation, approvals, decisions, and sign-offs are properly maintained and auditable. 
• Support and assist with other ongoing SAP projects as needed to ensure overall program alignment. 

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of SAP project management experience. 
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• SAP Activate certification is preferred.
