Data Integration Developer

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Data Integration Developer for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Integration Developer to join our team and support enterprise data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter as an ETL tool, along with solid expertise in SQL and PL/SQL, working on enterprise relational databases.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, support processes for extracting, transforming and loading data from source systems to DWH and Data Marts.
• Design the processes to meet service level agreements for data timeliness and frequency.
• Analyze and optimize current solutions, physical model optimization, query tuning.
• Mentoring junior members of the team in data integration development best practices.
• Analyze and improve query and solution performance, optimize physical model.
• Developing project deliverable documentation.
• Must be familiar with Online Data Processing Tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Integration Developer or ETL Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience working with enterprise relational databases, especially Oracle Database.
• Good understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Prefer to have experience in enterprise or banking environments.
• Knowledge of performance tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience in Agile development teams.
