The candidate will provide application support within the Securities Services area for Payment Processing.
Main Tasks:
- Support business IT needs by understanding workflows and operational scenarios.
- Handle tasks and incidents via email, tickets, or in person, ensuring proper shift coverage.
- Communicate updates on issues, tasks, and projects to teams and stakeholders.
- Document processes and share knowledge, including training and continuous improvement.
- Automate routine tasks and identify systemic issues through scripting and optimization.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge and capabilities in scripting languages, network, Windows and Linux environments
- Unix kwnowlge is a plus
- Oracle SQL kwnowlge is Mandatory
- ITIL understanding is also a plus.
- Ansible / DevOps
Additional Information
The candidate is expected disponibility to work on weekends, holidays and hybrid mode 50% Office - 50% Homework.
