Application Production Support

The candidate will provide application support within the Securities Services area for Payment Processing.

Main Tasks:

• Support business IT needs by understanding workflows and operational scenarios.
• Handle tasks and incidents via email, tickets, or in person, ensuring proper shift coverage.
• Communicate updates on issues, tasks, and projects to teams and stakeholders.
• Document processes and share knowledge, including training and continuous improvement.
• Automate routine tasks and identify systemic issues through scripting and optimization.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and capabilities in scripting languages, network, Windows and Linux environments                                                   
• Unix kwnowlge is a plus                                                 
• Oracle SQL kwnowlge is Mandatory                                                     
• ITIL understanding is also a plus.                                             
• Ansible / DevOps

Additional Information

The candidate is expected disponibility to work on weekends, holidays and hybrid mode 50% Office - 50% Homework.
