Job Description:
You will develop and deploy core components of an agentic AI platform designed for the regulated financial sector. Working with senior engineers, you will implement RAG pipelines, optimize model routing, and build verifiable trust architectures. This role bridges the gap between frontier AI research and robust, audit-ready financial software solutions.

What you will do:

• Implement, test, and ship modular AI features including RAG pipelines and tool functionality using Python.

• Execute rigorous evaluation plans and maintain gold-standard datasets to ensure output reliability and correctness.

• Collaborate with domain experts to translate complex financial compliance workflows into intelligent automated agents.

The ideal candidate:

• 1-4 years of professional software engineering experience with mastery of Python and backend systems.

• At least 2 years of experience implementing LLM solutions, RAG, and systematic prompt engineering.

• High growth mindset with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, regulated environment and assume full project ownership.
