The Role

As a Chef at Ging Thai or 88 Noodle, you’ll assist the management team with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of excellence. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, premium dining environment where quality and teamwork are essential.

As a Chef, you’ll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence—Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care—ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to elevated hospitality.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Experience in Asian cuisine, ideally in a premium, high-volume à la carte kitchen
• Wok Skills - highly desired 
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to train and mentor a team
• Excellent organisational, time management, and delegation skills
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Business acumen to assist in monitoring food and labour costs
• A commitment to maintaining high and consistent food standards

To be successful, you’ll be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights and Public Holidays.
