DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 60% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2026 we will sell over 56 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and M&S.

Job role:
We’re looking for an ambitious, organised and proactive Assistant Brand Manager to help us deliver DASH’s brand plans in the UK and across our international markets.
This is a hands-on role sitting at the heart of the Brand Team, reporting into the Senior Brand Manager. You’ll spend approximately half of your time working on our International marketing plans, the rest will be spent driving flawless execution for our UK brand campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll play a key role in bringing DASH to life in culture, retail and online - working closely with Brand Design, Sales and Social to ensure we show up brilliantly, from sampling activations in the UK to trade shows across Europe.
Responsibilities:
● Support execution of key brand campaigns, ensuring our vision shows up consistently across UK and international markets.
● Partner with our international team and distributors to build and deliver strong marketing campaigns across priority European markets.
● Own the day‑to‑day coordination of international requests, asset delivery and market‑specific adaptations.
● Work closely with sales + shopper to bring DASH to life in retail, through impactful activations.
● Lead development and execution of DASHs sampling plans, getting cans in hand nationwide.
● Lead how we turn up at key trade shows, overseeing planning, creative briefing and on-the-ground execution.
● Work closely with our social media manager + design team to coordinate shoots and build a strong, high quality content bank.
Requirements
● At least 1-2 years’ working experience (marketing experience preferred).
● FMCG experience advantageous but not essential.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
● Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
● Proactive, solutions-focused and excited to take ownership.
● Creative mindset with a passion for building distinctive brands
