- Contribute to paid media budget planning and forecasting, ensuring effective spend distribution across channels.
- Design and run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies, documenting insights and scaling successful learnings.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and BI teams to improve tracking, attribution, landing page performance, and overall conversion funnel efficiency.
- Identify and execute scaling opportunities within existing campaigns, as well as expansion into new segments, geographies, and audience types.

- Proven experience in managing and scaling multi-channel paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing substantial monthly budgets with clear efficiency and growth targets.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Universal App Campaigns, etc.).
- Good understanding of attribution, tracking implementation, and performance measurement principles.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards to extract insights and support decision-making.
- Experience running structured A/B tests and optimisation experiments.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (Greek, Italian, or Spanish is a plus)
