Hands-on with client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
Works collaboratively with the Department’s Market Analyst Group on client submission for project briefings, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports.
Prepare and conduct pitches and presentations.
Coordinate and conduct site inspection for clients.
Process documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, and the likes
Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
Provide updates and feedback with the assistance of our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients’ post-sales support
Organize and facilitate various client engagement activities
Qualifications
Open for Fresh Graduates of Economics, Business Administration and Statistics
College graduate of any business or research related courses;

Presentation Skills
Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
