About The Role
The Assistant, People Operations will support goop’s People team across a variety of recruiting, operational, and team initiatives that help shape the employee experience. This role will assist with interview coordination, recruiting processes, and organizational projects while helping maintain the systems and details that keep our People team running smoothly. The Assistant will also contribute to talent acquisition branding and People team initiatives, gaining exposure to how we attract, hire, and support exceptional talent across our corporate and retail teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the inner workings of People Operations while contributing to a thoughtful, people-first organization.
