Assistant Production Supervisor Sterile

About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Supervisor to support our production team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient manufacturing operations by assisting the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily activities, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards.
The role main accountabilities will be the following:
- Support the Production Supervisor in managing daily production operations to achieve production targets.
- Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules and allocations of resources.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain production records and assist in reporting operational metrics.
- Provide guidance to production staff as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production management software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
