About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Key Account Manager to support our Customer Relations team.
The main accountabilities of the role are the following:
- Participating in the design of the business relationship framework for customers in his/her portfolio in cooperation with the Head of Customer Relations and Business Development Managers.
- Preparing the Sales Budget and reviewing any amendments that may be required during the execution year.
- Participating in Business Review Meetings with customers and preparing supporting materials when required. In some cases, replacing the Head of Customer Relations.
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers and acting as a liaison with several key functions of RAFARM.
- Participating actively in production schedule design in collaboration with the Operations, Supply Chain and Planning departments.
- Monitoring the smooth rollout of contracts once they enter the commercial phase.
- Preparing price quotations in coordination with the Head of Customer Relations.
- Cooperating with Operations on ad hoc projects related to the commercial phase of contracts (e.g. batch size upscale, transfer to another production line, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Management, Project Management or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry in related positions is required.
- Demonstrated expertise to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, along with collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent oral communication & report, business correspondence & procedure-writing skills both in Greek and English languages.
- Strong computer literacy.
