Assistant Supply Chain Finance Manager – Çorlu
Location: Çorlu, Turkey

Are you a dynamic finance professional eager to support operational excellence in a manufacturing environment? Join our team in Çorlu as an Assistant Supply Chain Finance Manager, where you’ll play a key role in driving financial insights, strengthening performance management, and supporting end-to-end supply chain decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Support financial controlling, reporting, and performance management for the factory.
- Analyze production variances and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Play an active role in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to global finance transformation projects, including SAP and reporting enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling and cost accounting, ideally in supply chain/manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to thrive in matrix organizations and collaborate across functions.
