Vivrelle is looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Associate, Billing & Fraud to support the billing and payment experience of our members. In this role, you will assist with billing-related inquiries, help resolve payment issues, and work closely with the Membership Experience and Fraud teams to ensure member concerns are handled quickly and accurately. This role is highly operational and member-facing, requiring strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Your Day to Day will include...
Respond to member billing inquiries and payment-related questions quickly and professionallyAssist with managing past-due accounts, payment follow-ups, and resolution processesCommunicate with members regarding billing questions, disputes, and payment optionsSupport payment extension requests or structured solutions when appropriateTrack billing issues and payment failures Partner with the Fraud and Operations teams to assist in resolving complex billing or account casesSupport payment troubleshootingHelp maintain internal billing workflows, documentation, and response guidelinesAssist in member application process
