Position Summary
The Associate Director of Admission Operations is a senior member of the Office of Admission, responsible for managing the systems, processes, and programs that support the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students. This role combines strategic support with strong operational leadership, ensuring the Admission Office runs efficiently while delivering a high-touch experience for prospective students and families.
A collaborative and detail-oriented systems thinker, the Associate Director oversees day-to-day admission operations and partners closely with colleagues across the school to support recruitment and enrollment priorities. This position reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and Institutional Strategy.

Salary range $75,000 - $98,000. Salary is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to education and experience.
