We are seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager with a minimum of 12 months experience in mental health and 12 months experience in a leadership position i.e. ANUM or CNS to join our team to contribute to the provision of excellent, compassionate specialist mental health services.
You will be a strong, committed mental health nurse, who is passionate about facilitating the very best outcomes for your patients and their families from admission to discharge in a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment.
As a leader within our clinical team, you will have the support of a great team and management who are committed to facilitating a collegial, patient-centred, specialist mental health environment.
You will utilise your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager, our multidisciplinary team and the Hospital Coordinators to facilitate safe, recovery focused mental health care.
